Country and language

Legal documentation is maintained separately per country; this document applies to the Polish market (pl.cakemarket.app). The Polish version is the source and governing text, and this English page is its 1:1 courtesy translation. The corresponding document for the Hungarian market is in the Hungary section.

§ 1. Technologies

1.1. The Service uses cookies, localStorage, sessionStorage and a PWA service worker. These technologies support login, guest sessions, security, payments, the interface language and the operation of the application.

1.2. The legal bases are the GDPR, the ePrivacy Directive and the Polish Electronic Communications Law, which replaced the former Telecommunications Law.

1.3. CakeMarket's hosting infrastructure produces server-side operational and security logs. These logs do not place analytics or marketing cookies, advertising pixels or session-recording tools in the user's browser. Their processing is described in the Privacy Policy.

4.2. Details are available in Stripe's policies at stripe.com.

§ 5. Managing settings
